If you have issues going to the bathroom, it works like clockwork for me! I've only been using for a week so can't speak to weightloss benefits or energy.The taste is bearable, I previously tried capsules and couldn't get the vinegar taste out of my mouth all day. There is no aftertaste with these.

Hello flat tummy!
No more bloating! Down 6lbs since Jan.30th.The gummy‘s taste great. I wasn’t really sure what I was expecting, but my stomach is no longer poked out every day. I will continue to buy these. I don’t feel sluggish and worn down anymore. It doesn’t make me go to the bathroom a lot either so how exactly does it work? I don’t know but they do.

Texture is weird but otherwise it's ok
Of course, they taste like apple cider vinegar, if you're not used to drinking that then you may not like the flavor. I think the flavor is just fine. What I really don't like is the texture, it's like it has a little bit of something in it sort of like orange marmalade when you have the pieces of orange rind in it. That is what it reminds me of. It's not a dealbreaker, but I did find another brand From Swanson Vitamins that does not have the weird texture so I switched. If I can't get those, I might buy these again because they are a good price. But if feeling a little bit of stuff in your gummy's would weird you out then you probably won't like these. But I don't think anybody is taking these because they want something that tastes good, it's for the health benefits because you don't want to drink the vinegar and for that it is working great. Apple cider vinegar has a lot of health benefits, I'm taking it to assist me in keeping my weight down and it is working. I'm far more likely to eat some gummy's than I am to drink some apple cider vinegar.

Taste is not bad ! I was a little concerned about that but nope they are good 😊

I felt good after taking these. I will continue to order. I am also going to try other products from them as well
