I originally purchased this to wear as part of my Mary Poppins Halloween costume, but I liked it so much that I continued to wear it after the fact. It's very cute and versatile. You can dress it up, or dress it down!

The fabric hangs nicely and is dressy enough for pre-Covid dress codes.

This product is not great for short people. I put it on and it fits fine in all the places that ask for measurements. However, being short made me look even shorter with the skirt on. The skirt had a nice feel to the fabric and was not itchy. If you have long legs this would be a great skirt for you.

The skirt was okay, it was flattering and looked nice but the fabric reminded me of a curtain. The skirt was a bit snug but it has a zipper and a scrunched up elastic part in the back, to help with that. But other than that it was very nice.

I ordered this for a historic Vietnamese costume I’m putting together. I’d say it’s a snug fit, tuck in some additional clothes and it becomes TIGHT lol. There’s a little elastic on the side but it doesn’t do much in my opinion. The color is a little lighter than the pic but it’s not a problem, it’s the same hue I expected it to be. For reference, I ordered royal blue. Overall nice skirt, I plan to wear this in casual clothing as well. The only thing is the material feels a little on the cheaper thin side. The pic made it seem thicker and softer.

Be careful if thinking about buying CHOiES skirts because they're NOT sized as Misses sizes, but rather are sized as Juniors. Unless you're a teenager, or regularly shop in the Juniors section, the skirts segment of the CHOiES clothing line will not fit properly.It's a shame too because the fabric was nice, and the general quality was decent with exception to the zipper that was essentially plastic. A nicer, sturdier zipper would be a great improvement to these skirts that they definitely need.Bottom line; the sizes presented in the item's description are "Juniors" and NOT "Misses". Be mindful of this when choosing the size you want because the size you choose will not likely be the size you get since the line is "Juniors" size based, and not "Misses" size based as most adult women would expect.Out of fairness, this is being given 3 stars because the skirt is of really nice quality and fabric overall (again, the zipper's not well made and that's clear just from the materials of the zipper). This segment of the CHOiES line of skirts is just really not intended for adult women; especially in the United States where people in general, women especially, over the age of 37 tend to be taller and broader than a lot of women of the younger generations.Hoping this information helps people understand how to gauge the sizing a bit better; while hopefully leading to positive change in the clothing industry for nice things to be accessible to women of all sizes and builds in the future without unknowingly shopping in their teenage daughter's section of the clothing store whether online or off.
