Love it. Exactly what I was looking for. Great quality, all works well and shower function is amazing for all sorts of reasons. Love the simplicity of the design and its elegance.Highly recommend if that's what you're looking for. People write about the space in the cupboard needed for the hose retracting but I can't see an issue with it. If there's a shelf in your cupboard you can just cut out a hole in it for the hose to go down freely.

I bought this tap for my workshop. I'm very happy with it, the extendable hose makes it easy to rinse things without making a mess.I was extremely impressed with all the bits and bobs that came with it, I didn't need to order any thing extra to install it, all the washers are included even comes with still of plumber's tape.It looks really good and it doesn't take much space on the counter. It'll be a good addition to anyone's kitchen.The only advice is the extendable hose works with a weight system so you need a bit of space under the counter

Really happy with tap.Only disappointment is that the head is plastic and not metal.Superb customer service.My original tap had some sort of restriction in the cold feed side.Replacement was sent quickly and is now fitted and working perfectly.Great value tap in my opinion and excellent customer care,Keith

Ordered this to replace existing tap when we moved house. It was delivered promptly with excellent packaging and presentation. The tap itself is a high quality item with good installation instructions plus everything you need is in the box. Just be conscious of the installation location and the surrounding plumbing – the pipe for the extendable nozzle needs some clearance under the sink and we had to adjust some of the existing waste popes to make room for it and the weight that retracts it. Customer support and service is also very prompt.

Firstly the good bits, it seems well built, very sturdy and solid, looks good.Then there's the bad:Fitting: I got a professional in to fit for me as I looked at some youtube clips that talked about water pressure from boilers and stuff and I thought, I'm bound to mess it up and be left without water for a week waiting for someone to fix it. Luckily I have a plumbers merchants nearby as my plumber turned up 15 mins before the shop closed and discovered that it comes with European fittings so didn't fit my pipes (hence 1 star for this aspect). Luckily adapters are pretty cheap but make sure you get some before you start fitting.Practicality: My water pressure is very reduced, and it was very strong to start with. It felt like an age this morning filling my kettle, and then wasn't strong enough to rinse porridge off my saucepan, and it wasn't dried out concrete porridge either. This means I can't see myself using the pullout part very often unless I grow a 3rd arm/hand to hold the tap, pan and sponge at the same time. Lastly it would be easier if the on/off button worked the other way- i.e. you press the button to make it flow rather than to stop it, that would make much more sense as to save water.So overall I wouldn't recommend. Since I've paid someone to fit it, and as the plumber took the old one I'm stuck with it. Shame as you can't test it until it's been fitted.I gave 3 stars for value for money, as it is cheap but I was very close to giving it 2. Maybe it's a 2.5..

Love this tap! My previous one snapped in half after just 5 years, so this has come to the rescue. The plumber did not have any issues installing it except that the pipe end was a bit too small for my current plumbing so he kept the pipe from the previous tap. Other than that, the tap looks great and works great. Love the shower feature to wash fruits n veg, and the pull-out feature to rinse down my sink as well as my blender and juicer. I hope this one lasts a while.

Beware don't buy!! It's cheap chinese made rubbish but they are selling at extortoinate prices, fell apart after less than 13 months just long enough for the guarantee to run out, the only reason I gave one star is because you can't leave less!!! Unable to contact the seller

The media could not be loaded.  These taps have only been installed 2 months due to lockdown and they have already broken. The movable end will not go back in to the tap, the hot water pressure is non existent and comes through very slowly, our plumber has looked and advised it's something to do with gun bombings inside
