Men's Wood Watch, Wood and Genuine Leather, The Orca

First off I'd like to say that I didn't know what to expect when I ordered this. Right off the bat I saw the design and fell in love with it. After reading the product description and finding out that it was a watch made of wood I was very intrigued.When this watch came in I was pretty surprised. The watch is beautiful and amazingly crafted however does feel slightly flimsy as well. It is made of a light weight wood and is very simple in design but catches the attention of quite a lot of people. The straps are made of a very thin leather which while very attractive feel too thin and as if they will tear easily, however as long as the watch is properly maintained and handled gently then there should be no problems.All in all, I have gotten all sorts of compliments on this watch and will most likely buy from Luno again for that reason.

The watch does not match the picture. The casing is black plastic, no wooden finish. The quality of the watch is very nice for the price but I was extremely disappointed because the picture makes it look much more aesthetically pleasing.Edit: Bumped the review from 2 to 4 stars. The company got back to me in a very timely manner, and upon further inspection the watch casing is indeed wood not plastic. It is just much darker than I was expecting. Additionally, I believe they updated the Amazon picture of the watch to better reflect how it truly looks. After wearing it for about a week, it is growing on me. This is a perfect watch to pick up if you are looking for something minimalistic and on a budget!

I ordered this watch as a gift for my dad for Christmas. When I received the watch, I was very happy with the packaging and quality of the watch itself. The leather is very comfortable (I tried it on myself) and the face is very simple. The overall design is elegant and seems very well made. I also received a phone call from one of the gentlemen today asking if the watch was working fine and met expectations. This kind of customer service is exceptional and all businesses should strive for this level of quality. I would highly recommend this company and their products. I'm sure if there was any issue, they would not hesitate to work with you to find an issue. Great product, excellent service.

The watch looks great, but it doesn't work at all.

So first or all, this is the best looking and feeling men’s wood watch out there. I have owned one before and I broke it. So I ordered another one last week and the glass came cracked. Ok, accidents happen. I order the replacement and took the cracked one back to ups. today I get the replacement and the glass is cracked again! Now I have to go back to ups and return it. Is there no quality control or check? I don’t have the time to gamble on whether a third watch will show up in useable condition.

Nice looking but the face surround is plastic, not wood. Mine arrived cracked. I am trying to get a new one because my son did like it. Im only able to return it not replace it on the site. But now the price has gone up. I wont pay more.

I have quite the watch collection and when I saw this watch as an Amazon exclusive I decided to check it out. This is my first wood watch I have ever bought and it is really well made. It is light weight and gives a great clean look to when you are in a casual setting. The minimalist style is great and the white stitching compliments the white hands on the watch perfectly. It is also really well made for the price. If you are a watch enthusiast like myself this is a great watch to add to your collection.

I like this watch because it's got a sleek design, works well with a variety of fashions, is lightweight, and named after a whale! Very comfortable to wear, however, the stitching is a bit rough on the underside of the wrist at first; especially if worn too tight. A bit of moleskin to cover it up does the trick.All in all, I enjoy the watch. A little expensive for my taste, but I got it on sale!
