Perfect fit. The error code went away upon replacing it. Noise is the same as the original. No leaks. Easy to install. Seems to be a quality product.

Perfect replacement. Fixed my E09 error. Hardest part of the install was getting the dishwasher removed. I had the best luck rolling the dishwasher on its side so I wasn’t lying on the ground. Part install took about 10 minutes once dishwasher was on its side. Couple good YouTube videos helped make it easy.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Worked great. It might be a touch louder than the old one, but it solved the problem, fixed my 7+ year old Bosch dishwasher. I expected the Bosch to last a bit longer, but we do have a big family and use the dishwasher a lot, plus hard water (not sure if that would affect the heater element - that's what went - Error code "E09"), but you have to replace the whole unit). Not bad to replace, but just a little awkward. Our model (shem63w55n) you go in from the side and it's near the bottom. Just move the power unit, disconnect three cables, remove the rubber hanger and twist it off. There are good youtube videos, just have to find the right one. Getting it back on and attaching the clamp is a little awkward but not too bad. I don't do that stuff too often and I think the whole process took me less than an hour.
