It works
Bought after I read an article that Vitamin K2 helps with night leg cramps. Well since taking this I have not had a night cramp so it must work. Comes in a handy soft pouch it is a great product.

If taking vitamin D over 100mcg (4,000iu) take the same in K2 to reduce artery calcification.
Seems like a good product. Would have preferred a proper screw lid container but this does re-seal easy enough. Best used with Vitamin D at the same dosage.

Easy to use.
So far I haven't noticed much difference but I've only been taking them a few short weeks.
