Reviewed in the United States on February 24, 2023While I’m not a professional detailer, I do have nice vehicles and I use this only occasionally on my personal vehicles. I have only charged the batteries several cycles and it seems I have a bad battery and possibly the charger is also bad. I purchased FLEX over other popular brands specifically because the batteries and chargers were advertised as next level. Well not so much. I still have a decent charge on one battery but I cannot get the charger to accept and charge the batteries. One of which is dead. I thought ok, maybe the dead battery is too low to register and charge so I jumped power to the dead battery from the good battery. Now the dead battery shows 2 bars, but the charger still doesn’t recognize it. So disappointed. I cannot recommend this machine.

At 13 months this buffer has stopped working. There goes $500. I called flex and they said sorry your warranty is up nothing we can do for you. DO NOT BUY

This product is used every day in an automotive detail shop. N more cord and light evenly distributed weight makes it a joy to use
