It never worked not even once !!!!!
I totally hated this.. i took this over seas when i went to see my family, it never worked and now i cant return it..The app is so obsolete i could not download it on my phone.So we were not able to use it.I am not giving this a 0 because is not an option.

Easy to use!
I set this gadget up in less than 5 minutes. I was afraid this would be a piece of junk but it proved me wrong. Make sure you download the app called Apai Genie. Also, at first I was looking for the device on my Bluetooth and couldn't find it but it actually connects automatically. When you record videos or take pictures through the App it automatically saves to your photos on your phone. I have the IPhone XS Max. This is just like the PIVO but almost 100 bucks less!! Get it!

Works, but flimsy built
It works with the app, face recognition is fine too, but the built quality is rather flimsy and the move left/right is a bit slow. If you want something solid and for more frequent use, I would spent a bit more.

Not the best tracking tripod I’ve used.
The media could not be loaded. This works well as a basic tripod to hold your phone in a stationary position. However, the tracking app with this is not the best. The tripod does not track your movements as quickly as it should so a lot of the videos don’t come out clear. I’m unlikely to purchase this specific one again in the future.

I bought this for my kids and they liked it. There's a little latency but it did the job... the only thing you have to manually adjust is the tilt...
