We use the Raytech Green Media Triangles in the Raytech AV-75 vibratory tumbler to deburr the aluminum parts for our Inertia Nutcrackers we manufacture.The solution doesn't rinse off easily so we had to buy a countertop dishwasher that attaches to the sink faucet.It seemed simple enough, get a tumbler to mass deburr aluminum parts instead of grinding them by hand. Then we needed to buy the right media, then the solution, then the dishwasher. Things just kept getting complicated $$$ at a time.All that said, the finish on the aluminum parts is worth it! Now we have professionally smooth parts.
