Fishy Ingredients Change
I have been very happy with this supplement before and during my pregnancy so far and am now 31 weeks pregnant.Sadly, it seems that the manufacturers have suddenly changed the formula as the pills absolutely reek of fish!This tube was delivered last week and I instantly noticed the new colouring on the package which it seems denotes the new formula. As soon as I opened the package I could smell fish, my hands smell of fish after handling the pills and I burp fish after taking which is so gross! The old formula never had this smell or effect so I’m gutted! I even asked my partner to hold my nose whilst I took the pills this evening as I very nearly couldn’t keep the first pill down.If you can get the old formula, these vitamins are amazing and I’ve had no problems with my blood tests so far. However, I would very much avoid this new fishy formula!

Great vitamins
Great vitamins, by far the best I've tried. They are expensive yes, but you get what you pay for!

Bury the new formula with toxic waste and burn it before it breeds
There has been another bad review before me, of the new formula (the purple one with vegan label). She says it's fishy. I don't know if it is fishy or just absolutely vile, but boy I cannot get this past my lips! I stopped taking them because they reek so bad before during and after taking them and just smelling them from my bedside table makes me nauseous.What happened? I want the old formula back!I'm pretty positive we all do! Who can in their right mind keep this new formula down? From what I notice is you got a vegan label now, whilst before it was vegetarian. Is the horrible new reeky formula worth the new vegan label? No. Especially since the old one was vegan friendly too. And this comes from a vegan.

Beware new formula: Horrendous fish smell!
I bought these vitamins back in September 2020 and thought they were fantastic, easy to swallow and did not upset my stomach even though I suffered with terrible morning sickness. Imagine my disappointment when I bought again in November 2020 and the formula has clearly changed (as confirmed by comparing the labels of the ones I bought in Sept vs the ones I bought in Nov). The fish smell that hits you as soon as you open the bottle is absolutely horrendous and enough to make me vomit in itself. Even though the morning sickness has now subsided, the smell of these vitamins is enough to make me sick. Such a shame!

Apparently good for you but they stink of rotting fish
I was recommended these however what they failed to mention was the absolutely revolting smell and taste (no I don't chew them but for the very brief moment they're in my mouth that taste makes me want to vomit!). I keep reassuring myself they're vegan (I'm a vegetarian for 10years now) but they absolutely stink of rotting fish. For the price you pay for them you'd expect them to be a pleasant or at least neutral smell. I'm now forcing myself to take them as they weren't cheap... Never again am I going to buy these unless they change the smell and taste!

Very fishy
Quality supplements but the manufacturer has added algae to them, which gives a strong fishy taste and smell. This seems so shortsighted given they are aimed at pregnant women, many of whom will be experiencing nausea. I’d go as far to say it feels like a micro-aggression against women. The only way I have found to take them is by using a smoothie drink - holding my breath and swallowing quickly. Really hope the manufacturer listens to feedback and changes the formula.

Disgusting fishy taste & smell!
Such a disappointment! I have been taking these prenatals throughout my pregnancy and was very happy. However, when I ordered my last bottle to get me through my last 2 months of pregnancy, a new version arrived whereby the flavour has suddenly been changed and now has a disgusting fishy odour and taste that no pregnant lady should have to endure! Not to mention the after taste, and stomach upset! I ordered the postnatals as well and I am now dreading what they might taste like!

Horrible smell
I had been very happy with this product but they've recently changed the formula to be more algae based and it smells so bad! I usually put up with that but I've just had to throw my new bottle away because I nearly gagged. It's a shame because this is a really natural product and I was happy with the previous formula.
