A good assortment of higher value electrolytic capacitors and wide range of values. Good for anyone who wishes to build some basic electric circuits. Product arrived on time, and all the capacitors I've used so far worked fine. For younger users and those who are trying to learn about capacitors, note these are electrolytic capacitors, meaning they have a positive/negative polarity, and are designed to work only when the voltage is biased in one direction (such as to filter power after a diode bride rectifier). If you are working with a non-biased, alternating current, you need to a use non-electrolytic (e.g., ceramic, film, mica, paper) capacitor.

Used one cap to fix a device and it's already paid for itself. The component values are close, but these are not low ESR.

Purchased this box due to other good reviews, and was not disappointed. I have only used about 8 of the caps so far, but I measured all of them before use and they were all within 1 microfarad of specified value, several were almost exact.

I bought a 70s radio shack kit radio at a yard sale and was disappointed when I put batteries in and it seemed dead. I heard weak sound through the earphone jack so thought I'd try recapping. I've never recapped a piece of electronics before and didn't want to spend a fortune on individual caps so I bought this kit (and the meter shown as well). The resisitance numbers on the old caps were very high and the values on the new caps from this kit were kind all over the place but I guess within tolerances (they had low resistance numbers though which is the main thing). When I buttoned the radio up - HUZZAH! Full sound! I have a big 70s JVC boombox with very weak sound I'm going to tackle next. I think this will be a fun little hobby.

Love this assortment for my Arduino and Raspberry Pi projects. Very common values that are nicely organized in a tight closing bin. Physical quality seems great, but I have yet to use them. Would definitely recommend thus far.

So far they seems to be a fine product time will tell.They are a good price and all of the ones I checked are right on the marked value.
