Warranty not worth paper it is written on
Faulty not long after purchase Grams do not zero just flash various numbers. So used KG's scale instead, now all weights are inaccurate as discovered when taking to Post office to post items. So costing me extra to pay excess on postage I originally quoted to customers using this itemUsing a SONY mains regulated power supply as original PSU also failed. Visited MYWEIGHT website unable to submit CONTACT US form due to not accepting UK telephone numbers only 3 sets of 3 digit numbers. The only service centres listed are in USA / Canada and Germany so to return unit for repair will cost more than purchase price
