This is a fantastic soap and worth the price. I absolutely love it and will purchase again. I have used plenty of cheap shaving cremes (and I will never use them again due to poor quality and post shave feel) and shaving soaps (trigodon soaps) so far this is the best soap in my den!Here’s my detailed review:Smell: I love it! It has a warm, spicy, boozy and slightly sweet scent profile. Perfect for fall and winter months but for summer I prefer using something fresh (Trigodon Wild Seas) It smells great out of the box and even better when I start lathering. The smell is subtle as a lather and doesn’t feel overpowering to me. The smell won’t linger after the shave which is a good thing as I can enjoy my aftershave or cologne post shave.Lather: Amazing! I apply the soap directly on my wet face (stick loading method) and then use a brush (trigodon brush) to create a lather. The lather doesn’t dry down and feels very moisturising to my face. I also get a surprising cooling sensation on my face during the second pass lathering up (trigodon soaps are great but don’t have cooling sensation of menthol)Slickness: Great! Smooth razor glide every time. It is slightly better than Trigodon shaving soaps which is also a premium shaving product.Post Shave Feel: Fantastic! My skin feels moisturised after the shave. This is where I feel the product is worth the premium price tag. Face is the most delicate part of our body and it deserves the best quality products. This soap have natural oils which makes my skin feel healthy and not dry after a shave.Overall assessment: A premium product with premium performance and quality. Worth every rupee. I never use a shaving creme now, only Taconic and Trigodon. Both give me the best post shave feel and that’s very important to me.

Enough slickness to have good shave but doesn't perform as good as it should be on hard stubble. Soap moisturize the skin enough so that razor glide easily but Soap doesn't soften the stabble

I am using this brand products for more than one year now. The shaving experience is very good. Delivery time is quite reasonable. But the packaging needs improvement.

Smooth good lather, definitely worth it for the cost.

Excellent Bay Rum aroma and fairly good lather (although not as good as the Mitchel soaps..). Unfortunately, I got an allergic rash to some ingredient in this otherwise nice shaving soap

Scent very very goodLather very very quick 15 swirls gives you enough lather to last three passes.Thick and moisturizing feeling, does not leave the skin dry. It is expensive at 999 but gives u a long and quality milage in my opinion. The Bay Rum is mild fragrance but aromatic and fresh

日本には無い香り、ベイラム。缶を開けると舶来品の香りがします。ただ、西欧のそれではなく、どこか田舎くさい、古き良き香りという感じです。ホイップネットで練って泡立たせてから顔に塗り、メルクールで剃っています。そり心地はよく、肌がつっぱる事もありません。つぎばラベンダーを使ってみます。
