My coldest cap wore out. Replacement is very durable. Easy to use. Clean easy. Does not leak. Keeps my water cold all day.

This is the second lid I’ve had to replace. Not sure if they improved the design but it seems to have lasted longer than the previous two. Nothing negative to say about it so far

Fits hydro flask nice and snug. Love the Silicone sip piece. Only negative, the finger pull, the spot you are supposed to open sip port so you don't have to touch it with you fingers...is too small. So yiuhave to touch the sippy part anyway.

My original coldest bottle didn’t work. I bought a new lid to see if itWas the lids problem. It was, colors don’t match but it works and the coldest bottle is the best I have ever had so I guess I can put up with the mismatch. Before you tell me about the warranty…If you don’t have an original order number from them they won’t let you register your product let alone fix any problems. Product is good at keeping things cold, lids are 50/50 in my experience, customer service C+ as they were pleasant enough in howThey told me too bad for you.

Was so excited to find this top for my daughter's water kleen kanteen water bottle. Fit perfectly and the color matched exactly. She wanted to not have to tip the bottle all the way up in the air when she drank. Loved the cut to size straw, etc. But the mouthpiece started splitting almost immediately and is now fully cracked, looks like it won't hold up another month. Wrote to the company and was shocked that they declined to replace! We've had it less than 2 months. BAD quality, BAD customer service. Will not buy from Coldest again.

I have a 4ocean aluminum water bottle that I love. But, to drink from it, I had to remove the screw on top and drink from the mouth of the bottle. Especially challenging when driving. And I'd rather drink the water than wear it, which happened more than I care to admit.I finally made an effort to look for a different type of top. This one had good reviews and the price was right. I've only used it one day and so far I am very pleased. Wondering why it took me so long to find this solution.

I've e-mailed the company with no success, so here's my honest review. Every piece inside the plastic bag is suffused with the smell and taste of old, used mint chewing gum. The sipping lid, the plastic straws, the whole contents can't be used. It tastes as bad as it smells. Coolest Water replied to my first e-mail saying rinse the parts in warm water. I did that; then used soapy water, then very hot water, then soaked them in a tub, changing the water every few days. No further response to my e-mails, apart from a daily promotional e-mail saying how great they were, and even after being submerged for over two weeks, the stale mint taste was still too strong to use the lid. Very disappointed, considering the cost and shipping with exchange rate.
