You can't beat this scope
I'm getting a little old and with some scopes, once I get the parallax set, I have issues seeing the actual reticle...even if I adjust the eyepiece. Not with this one. This is my 3rd Hawke and for the price range, you can't beat this scope.Rifle is a modded PCP .25 cal.

Great value
The clarity is just a great as a $1500 scope. Eye relief is much better than my $800 vortex scope. Holds zero after many rounds on a magnum rifle. The way it pulls light in the early mornings and late evenings almost seems like magic. I plan on ordering many more for my other rifles.

Works great on my crossbow
I needed a better scope for my crossbow and decided to give this one a try.I was worried I would not have enough elevation adjustment but this scopehad enough to allow me to zero my crossbow at a 50 meter range. The bowis a 165 lb draw and sends 400 grain arrows out at around 300 fps.With the mil dot type reticle I can zero at 50 meters butuse the dots to shoot accurately at shorter ranges. I know this isan unusual use for this scope, but the scopes that come with crossbowsare generally very cheap. This offers quite an upgrade and is a LOT brighterto view through then the scope that came with the crossbow. It isalso small enough at the end bell that you don't have to worry about interactions withthe bolts or bow string. The eye piece has sufficient eye relief andoffers a nice big view of the target. I've only fired about 20 bolts withthe crossbow since installing this scope but so far so good.

Excellent, I should have bought these first.
I should have bought these first. What can I say but I spent a bunch of money on other scopes that broke down on my break barrel air rifle within 2weeks of use But these babies are still going I fire about at least over 50 rounds a day. And they stay on target best scope that I own.

Need mounting rings immediately
This was to come with mounting rings and did not. The scope was correct. Additionally the box was opened. I cannot use this item without the mounting rings. please send immediately. mounting rings for Vantage Riflescope 4-12x40 1:

Missing mounts
The scope was to have the mounts included and there is signs on the scope of rings being taken off leaving me to believe that this was a return and not a new one

Love it!
I put this on my Air Venturi Avenger and it's just incredible. I'm no scope expert but I can shoot dime size patterns or smaller at 50 yards so that's pretty cool. The picture seems pretty clear to me and it's easy to use and holds zero. Is own a dozen if I had the cash.
