It works.
It definitely keeps you from sleeping on your back. I gave it a 5 because it does what it says it does. However, the shoulder straps do not stay on too snug. I don’t really mind though because I think the strap that really matters is the waist strap and that stays on well. You definitely look ridiculous to your spouse but it’s worth it. Only been a few days so far so good. The only real issue that I’ve been having getting adjusted is I keep getting cramps from the inner thighs because I’m guessing I’m not moving at all anymore in the night, hopefully they go away eventually.

Cumbersome
I used it for a few weeks but it’s just not comfortable. I did feel like it helped shift me to side sleeping when I used it though.

Mislabeled package LARGE INSIDE small label
MISLABELED Three times. Large air bag. But the label on the outside says small.Unless you want to squish a large one in a small backpack it will fold and the folded corners will leak air.Three strikes you’re out
