Absolutely loving these mugs! Bought 4, each in different colours. Amazing size, plenty of coffee can fit, really lovely to drink out of, thick walls to help keep them warm. DEFINITELY recommend these.

Have ordered 6of these in various colours. The terracotta looks better in photo than in person imho, think the dull upper glaze is less attractive. All are fine in use with no issues regarding cracking/breaking when filled with boiling water as some have had.

I bought a few of these mugs in different colours as a gift. They look gorgeous. Lovely size too.

Well packaged and arrived quickly. Mug looked great and has been much admired. But I heard a 'pop' as I poured hot water in from the kettle last night, followed immediately by scalding water pouring everywhere through the mug. There is now a large inverted Y-shaped crack almost the whole height of the mug - when looking from the inside of the mug, daylight can be seen. Disappointing, to say the least.

It’s more of a light pink than a terracotta colour.The bottom half is really scratchy / rough as it’s unglazed so it catches on clothing. It also doesn’t feel nice to hold such a rough dry handle. Also very absorbent of tea and coffee spills, so is hard to keep clean.
