The cable was a good price, easy to fit and will I am sure do the job it is designed for.

The product failed
The product was being use for it was intended as a safety link to active the brake on a towed trailer in the event that it becomes seperated from the vehicle. I discovered that the cable had not been properly crimped at the trailer end and simply parted. Luckily it was discovered before it was ever used in anger.This is an important safety device so if you buy one of these make doubly sure that the cable is properly a securely crimped because our wasn't. The one saving grace is that it was repairable and I now trust it for is is intended to do. Not good enough.
