Bought this product for use on my new iPad Pro. Unfortunately does not work properly when compared to using it on an iPad Air which works fine. Touch screen also feels like you are scratching it when using the pen but it isn't. Basic using it as a tapping tool works fine on the new iPad Pro but when trying to fluidly write it does not work properly.

I got this product in May and it was brilliant at first but now it has stopped working. I would send it back but can’t find any packaging or paper work for it

The only problem I've found is it sometimes turns off when I'm in the middle of working, but I'm always so engaged in the work I never realise why - I think I'm accidentally pressing the button myself. Overall great product, easy to use, the charge lasts for ages, no set up required, I was able to start working as soon as I turned it on.

Pen does not connect to the ipad very well even if you draw a straight line there will be gaps in the straight line where it has not connected properly, so yes a little sad as that's what I was wanting it to do is to connect better than a cheap pen.

Good at first but after about 10 uses it stopped working completely and I’m not sure why about to try and contact the company to see if I can get a replacement.
