Great "workbook"
I will recommend reading the first book in the series, I stopped 4 pages in, thinking I was good without th first book, but I think you need the first as well to be thorough in the training!

Not What I Expected
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I have always had an inner battle with the word goddess. So when I started this book, my expectation was it would be somewhat woo-woo, but it was really the opposite. I found the writing to be enjoyable, easy to understand, relatable and inspiring. The exercises were enlightening and made me take a hard look at areas of my life that needed some attention. The book was full of grace and common sense. I can tell the author really believes what she has written and wants any one who reads this book to find their true self. I felt by the end of the book a little disappointed that it was done. Usually that is a feeling I get only with a really good novel. I’ve decided to get the companion book and go through the exercises again. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking to figure out their true self and live it.

Great exercise book, makes you internalize and revisit the lessons from the book. One of the best books with companion book that I have read and actually engage and do to transform my thinking process
