I used to have a company come out and spray my house and lawn for bugs. It worked great, but it was $130 every 2 months. So, i started asking for invoices and kept track of what they were using. About 90% of the time, they were using Bifen IT liquid and this granular (for the lawn). So i canceled my contract with them and ordered this instead. Between this and the Bifen IT liquid, i am now spending about $80 per YEAR. For a normal sized house, i think this BIfen granular will last you about 1 season. I took over doing it myself about 2 years ago and we still have not seen a single spider inside or even on the house outside, and no ants inside our home, so it works brilliantly. I do, however, spray my house and use this granular once a month in the warm weather months, just because...Why not? Buy this and the liquid, do it yourself, and you won't regret it.

It just works. Been using this for years, you have to be careful on how much you put down, but I haven’t had a bug in the 5 years I’ve been at the property. Takes care of all of them.

Want to get rid of flies and mosquitos and other nasty bugs? Then use this. We also purchase the liquid that can be used inside and outside of the home. Last year on the 4th of July we had absolutely no mosquitos even though mosquitos had been torturing us and our friends before we bought this product. Save your money and stop paying Pest control services to come out and spray for mosquitos, wasps, flies, beetles, etc. That is such a waste of money and their chemicals never seem to last. You spread this on your yard using a spreader and water it. Your pets can go back on the yard after it dries. Whether you want a quick fix by using the liquid or you want a quick treatment plus kill any eggs in your yard this is the stuff right here. You do not need to apply everyday or even every 2 days. The more you apply apparently isn't better when it comes to Bifen IT products. Again use this if you have mosquitos, flies,wasps etc it works. We have used this for our rental home, my daughter's home/yard and our home/yard. This is the 2nd year we have been purchasing Bifen IT

Used this stuff and didn’t see even an ant for like 2 months. Tried switching up as if all insecticides were the same was disappointed with another brand I used. Definitely buying again.

Effective for ant control. Had a large outdoor ant problem close to my house. Did 2 applications within a week and was happy with the results. After the first application the ant population was down around 75-80%. After the second application (2-3 days later) I could not find one living ant!
