Chemicals shipped in winter!!
The bottle of Stain/Scale prevention felt as though it had been frozen or at least partially so. I realize it's winter and shipping from upstate NY after a blizzard has probably contributed to this state. However, this goes against manufacturers guidance for storage conditions. I'm not confident in the effectiveness of this container of product because of the above incident!
