This flavor is really great, the peach flavor comes through very well. Mind you, this is not an 'Intro to Yerba Mate' drink. If you're trying Yerba Mate for the first time, I'd recommend the Bluephoria flavor by Guayaki. Once you've adjusted your palate to the earthy flavors, you can ditch a big percentage of the added sugars by trying this brand. I'll be trying their zero calorie flavors next, it looks like the only change is this one uses cane sugar and the zero calorie one uses erythritol.To sum up, great ingredients, great flavor. Probably not for a first timer!

My absolute go-to! The flag our is amazing and it just the right amount of pick me up. The most amazing thing about this beverage is the sugar content is much lower than average without compromising the taste whatsoever ever!

I had never tried a yerba-based energy drink and decided to add a couple of these to a Whole Foods delivery. After a sleepless night and looking for additional energy the following morning, I decided to drink a can. I ended up tossing it after a couple sips. I tried; I really, really tried to drink it. I'm not a big fan of the taste of regular red bull, but when I'm in need of an extra boost, I am able to finish a can w/o wrinkling my nose much. However, I could barely drink a couple of sips of this. For some reason, I expected Yerba to taste similar to matcha. It does not. This yerba-based drink has a very...uh, Earth-y taste, and unfortunately, my palate just wasn't ready to drink topsoil & it had zero "peach" taste, which was the flavor I ordered. As for its effect on energy, I cannot comment as I did not/could not drink enough to get any energy benefits. If you're like me: you've never had a yerba based energy drink and are curious to try it, I caution you to only order a can or two. This way you won't feel so bad if you're unable to choke it down and decide to throw it out -- which is what I did with the 2 cans I ordered.

Delicious caffeine boost

Yerba Mate may take a few drinks to acclimate to the earthy taste many of us have not had much if any experience in that we have been drowning in syrupy carbonated soda and white bread. Once you get to experience a few yerba mate drinks you will wonder why you have not tried it before. My coworker lives the mint, I prefer the bottled raspberry and when they had chai flavor that was my all time favorite. The energy boost is smooth fo used no zingy brain stimulant just a really clean, focused, alert attention one yerba mate drinks may keep you alert much longer than colas I never drank coffee so I am unable to say how it differs. There is no jittery sensations as some complain coffee will do to them. Take a chance give it a try Guaka .... is an ethical business and I prefer supporting companies that consider fair trade and treating the farmers respectfully and fairly. Plus the products are excellent and worth the cost. I have shared my Yerba Mate with many people and thus far only one person did not like the already prepared yerba mate saying it was too sweet for them. That person liked the plain tea. I also prefer the flavor from the bottle vs the can. It tastes cleaner to me .Canned drinks and foods tend to have a slight tin aste to them. I hope you try the tea or the bottled prepared yerba mate and I hope one day the chi flavor comes back in the bottle.
