Does it have auto switch off when idle?

Hi The Pro Digital iron has an auto off safety feature. It will go into auto off if left in a horizontal position after 30 seconds. or 8 minutes in the vertical position. This will be signalled by a number of beeps. Thanks JML

does this iron get noisy on steam function

Yes, very noisy, so much so that my cat would leave the house! Also the steam is not controllable so it fills the room with steam and needs refilling every few minutes. I returned mine as I just couldn’t stand the noise and the fog.

What is the guarantee on this iron

12 months. I returned mine after a few uses as it was pushing out steam at a rate on knots and continually required refilling.
