Very useful tool
Worked like a charm for replacing the spark plugs on my 2015 Honda Accord. Held the plug well as I removed and pulled out the old ones and installed the new ones!

Perfect size for ducati plugs
Had to get a special socket for the plugs in my Ducati. This thin wall socket works well and the kind of cheesy plug retainers are a good thing - holds the plug well enough but doesn't get stuck and pull the socket off the extension when trying to remove the tool from the plug after installation.

don't pay the dealer to change your CRV plugs
the dealer wanted 120 bucks labor and 40 bucks each for the 4 plugs for my wife's 2015 crv. 280 bucks total to change plugs ! yeah like i was gonna let that happen. all you need is a 10mm socket and ratchet - which 95% of people have in a basic home tool kit - and an 8" extension which most people have as well in their socket sets. the plugs are 17 bucks each on amazon - buy the NGK plugs recommended. then buy this 14mm plug socket for a mere 7.50 and you are ready. remove the plastic cover on top of the valve cover - 5 10mm bolts - and the coils are exposed. there are 4 more 10 mm bolts holding each coil in place so remove those. the coil harness has one clip holding it in place on the back left side. release that clip and all 4 coils will lift out in one nice easy package without having to disconnect each coil connector separately. use your new 14 mm socket with your ratchet with the extension down in the spark plug tubes - be sure you are onto the plug securely and keep your extension straight up and not at any kind of angle and remove the plugs. depending on the mileage of the vehicle they may come out hard so give them some good torque by hand to snap them free. once again - keep your extension straight up - you do NOT want to break a plug as the ceramic will enter a cylinder and then you are screwed for big bucks to have your cylinder head removed to get the pieces out. the recommended mileage is 105,000 miles to change plugs on this car. never would i let plugs get that old. i say do them at 60 or 65k as mine were pretty black and came out hard. you can do this yourself easily by following my instructions. putting the new ones back in i used a small dollop of permatex anti-seize compound - it's grey goopy stuff - on the threads of each plug so they will come out easier next time. do not fear - you can do this.

Good for sparkplug wells that need thin walled socket
It's a sparkplug socket, it's decent for the money. Needed it for a MINI engine because normal sized sockets don't fit.
