We renovated a sunroom and ran Voltiv wire through the ceiling -- which then was encapsulated with spray foam insulation. This is why I wanted an in-wall approved product. No problems at all, and the hookup to my vintage Pioneer integrated amp and the ceiling speakers was easy.

Great indoor/outdor and in wall speaker wire. I bought the 14/2 speaker for some indoor floor monitors and the wire worked so good that I bought some of their 14/4 wire for an outdoor sound system that also works great at 1/3 the cost of the local store. Having been impressed with company and their speaker wires, I recently bought more 14/2 in wall rated wire to run some additional speakers in the house.

Easy to work with, great quality. Pure copper strands inside and nice strong insulation. Outer insulation is pretty easy to strip without cutting the inner insulation thanks to a think paper-ish sleeve in between.Stays in place well once installed (I used it inside a small sports car to wire up my front speakers to an under-seat amp).I was surprised how thick the whole contraption is. The two 14 AWG wires fit side by side inside the round outer insulation, which has a little room for air in it too and is pretty easy to squish flat where needed. It all worked out, but I kinda wish I’d done a little more research and gotten 16 or even 18 AWG/2 instead for this job, at the 14 gauge is simply overkill for my application.

I had another speaker cable to compare and this seemed to be a bit less cooper than the other #14 I had, unfortunately that isn’t an uncommon occurrence. But it works and is good quality overall

Bought and installed this stuff during a kitchen remodel, keeping both lengths equal as recommended for maximum performance (probably overkill), but I have no complaints. The cable is nice and flexible and easy to strip and install, with solid copper wire and not copper-clad junk.The price was right and I am very pleased with my purchase.

As a retired audiophile, I’ve always gone for the highest grade cabling / wiring. I used to spend outrageous amounts of money on expensive MIT gear. One tri-wire set with filters was $1,000 a foot. Honestly, this cable does an absolutely terrific job, literally at a fraction of the cost. It is easier to work with, easier to hide and sounds terrific. You can’t go wrong with this speaker wire. Do buy the thickest gauge that will work for you, depending upon the run lengths - the longer the run, the thicker the gauge required.
