It works; just be patient and add something else to your routine for faster results
I'm pretty sure it works to lighten underarms, and it's one of the few deodorants that has finally worked for me in terms of odor and sweat! This is my third one. When I ran out and couldn't find it where I usually buy it, I was using something to lighten my underarms, but instead, it darkened them, so I was a little desperate and immediately bought this again. I definitely see a difference, which I never did when using the famous glycolic toner to lighten them. But keep in mind that I also started using the Topicals bar soap along with this, which is probably why I can see such a difference now. So, if you want, you could use this deodorant and the Topicals bar soap even though I did notice a difference with the deodorant alone but not like now.

Quality
First of all I am In Love with this deodorant, it smells amazing, it holds up to its name , my arm pits are even tone , I’ve been using this product for as long as it’s been out , I couldn’t find it in the store so I ordered from Amazon, I was soooo excited to have found .

Immediate, stark improvement of pigmentation and texture after years of issues
Can't begin to speculate on why others have experienced the opposite intended effect (armpit darkening) when my YEARS of it vastly improved with just a couple days (way under the 3 weeks suggested on lid) of use. Color and texture are night and day.Used aluminum free for years- swear a teatree one started the darkness in the first place, and though I liked it otherwise and used it for years after, dr teal's didn't help. Hoping the science thus far is right and the no proven risks sticks, bc my pits are far happier. Wish I'd tried this whenever it first came about!
