The Spice Way Granulated Garlic - Domestic, US Grown (8 oz) resealable bag

I use granulated garlic in place of salt in majority of my cooking. This has so much more flavor than two other small jar brands I still had in the cabinet. I use less than any brand I've purchased in a long time because the smell and flavor is so much better. So that makes it a great deal. The granules are slightly larger than some, think salt vs powder. The package does re seal well, but I divided in two spice jars. This is my first purchase from the brand but it's great enough to entice trying more from them.

I have bought quite a few spices from Spice Way and it never disappointed. The package I received smells fresh and aromatic. It come with a "bets buy" 14 months into the future. Very fresh!! Imparts great flavor to all the dishes that call for powder garlic.

Spice Way has become the first place I look for herbs and spices. I go through massive amounts of this garlic powder, it's so good.

Good quality spice company in my estimation. Difficult to find granulated garlic, which I prefer for rubs. Good value as it lasts awhile, depending on how often it’s used. But I get 6 months.

MADE IN USA!! Nice flavor

I'm still learning how to use this product, but it's strong and garlicky and an incomparable improvement over garlic powder. A nice way to flavor oil in a hot pan before adding other ingredients. I'm enjoying it. (The bag is airtight and a good way to store it, but I chose to transfer it to a labelled jar and I keep it with my spices.)

The spice I ordered was garlic. It is very fragrant and works great in my recipes. I mis read and thought it would be more crystal like texture, but I see it says granulated. I have other spices from this company and they are all excellent quality!
