Amazing chair! Very easy to assemble, takes about 30 minutes. Super happy with massaging functions, already tried it, so far works great. I am cold natured, it will definitely warm me up during cold winter hours! Very comfortable, I’m thinking of getting some pillow, already got a fuzzy throw. Looking forward to long hours if reading, working on the computer and other fun stuff.Customer service is superb! Ordered the chair and it had a small hole in the front of it, contacted the company, they replaced it within a weeks time. Thanks!!!

Loving this chair! Very comfortable, nice sleek & modern design. The heat is great for my back and the massage helps too. I do wish the massager was stronger, but for the great price, one has to be realistic about expectations. I'm a satisfied customer!

The quality of these is really disappointed. I ordered two and feel like they are just not well made. I am afraid that I will break it just sitting on it. Not what I expected.

So my item came broken, and tips over if I try to sit on it. But it’s so annoying to return as it is so large that I just have it taken apart sitting in my garage.Eventually it will probably end up in the garbage if I cannot find a big enough box to return it in

One more update - this chaise is more comfortable without the back legs. Just an add-on remark - A cot sized fitted sheet fits this chaise perfectly in case you are wanting a washable layer of fabric between you and the faux leather. I got my sheet here on Amazon, it's called Gilbins Cot Size 30" x 75" Fitted Sheet. Original review - I bought this chair for its design and not for the massage. It was a little challenging to assemble, and the back legs, which look nothing like the front, are kinda' ugly. They are constructed from thick sheet metal, molded to shape, and not three dimensional. By that I mean if you look at the back you will see the concave area of the molded sheet metal. But the chair is exactly what I wanted, a low to the floor chaise. I've had floor chaises before, the adjustable "click-clack" kind. The problem with them is that because they sit fully on the floor it's difficult to get my tablet floor stand exactly positioned because the stand has a base that extends forward from the stand. Also with adjustable floor seating it's too easy to accidentally click it out of where I had it set. This new chaise has enough space between it and the floor to allow for easy placement of my floor stand yet is still low which I like. The foam padding is thick and firm. I sit on it and not in it. This is fine with me. I do find I often need to put a folded blanket over the top of the back for a head cushion. I don't always want my head all the way back. For the vibration and heat - both work well. It took me a while to figure out how to have heat only. I press power, then press heat, then adjust intensity to low, then press beside each zone to turn them all off. This stops the massage and the heat stays on. I like the heat a lot, it's warm enough to help ease an aching back and unlike my heating pad the chair heat stays at a constant level. The massage is not amazing but it is somewhat helpful I think.
