My grandson loved this toy. First it wasn’t very expensive so I liked that. It was really good quality plastic. He is three and I had to show him how to do it at first, but then he learned how to do it on his own. He spent a few hours taking it apart and putting it back together. He could do it all by himself which was fun to watch. It comes with a toy drill to put the bolts in and take them out. You have to switch the direction on the drill depending on whether you are screwing the bolts in or out. So there is learning that takes place that is similar to real life. It is a great quality toy that also involves learning. I will be buying more of these types of toys. They have a whole line of them!

This is an amazing gift for any little kid! My two year old loves it and I know he will use it for at least a few more years. The only thing I will say, after having purchase the dump truck version and the rocket, the rocket is way harder to use the drill so kiddo gets frustrated. I think the screws go in too tight and then the drill won’t work to unscrew them. Overall, still an excellent toy !

Easy to put together but my 4 yr old granddaughter needed a little help. I think the fact that the box turns into a launch pad is her favourite part!! She thinks the dog needs a helmet too!

ADORABLE and keeps kids busy. You can use the assembly of the rocket as a great following directions activity. Even the box is of use other than packaging because it can be unfolded and used as a background.

We are huge fans of the design & drill sets so I knew my kids would love this one too! I love that the drill is a fun way to work on fine motor skills and my kids (ages 3 & 5) love using the drill to put the rocket ship and astronaut buddy together. I love how they can reuse the box as a play set so it works not only as a sturdy storage box when they are done playing with it but they can also use it when they are playing with it as a play set. The little space dog buddy and astronaut buddy fit perfectly inside the rocket ship. This set is a great way to work on building skills by simple construction. It really is an adorable set and we will definitely be buying this set for future birthday gifts for our friends who are obsessed with rocket ships! We love these bolt buddies so much we also got the race car and pick it up truck as well!

My three year old grandson is obsessed with these toys! We now have the tractor, the airplane and now the rocket ship. Really teaches him how to use a drill and screwdriver. I’m convinced he’s gonna be the best handyman when he’s older. Lol

Our 4 year old grandson absolutely loves his rocket drill bolt buddy! He loved putting this toy together, playing with it, and then disassembling it just to turn around and doing it all again. We will definitely be ordering more of these toys!
