Overall, it was worth it.
I really like the amount and variety of balloons that came, along with the number two. One issue i had was that the number started loosing air shortly after I I inflate it.

There is only a piece of ribbon to tie the balloons to you have to make your own design.
Everything looked great and we got better at tying the balloons on the ribbon as we went along.
