FSD Audio FZ1600D 1600-Watt Class-D Monoblock Amplifier

So far so good using it on a test bench. It's not daily use and drives subs free-air to check QC but hasn't acted weird or made funny sounds. I did manage to get it into clip-city when I had it wired to 0.25 ohm accidentally. When I did have a defective coil, it went into protect how it should have. 1 ohm use should be OK and make sufficient power, though don't expect real power to be rated power. 0.5 ohm you'll probably be OK, 0.25 ohm you're just asking for trouble.

Awesome amplifier!!! My neighbor turned me on to FSD. He showed me pictures of the inside, looks identical to the flatlyne amp. So I bought one, I'm running 3 sundown E-series 10" at .67 ohm. I've been running the crap out of it, and it barely gets warm. It's says it's only a 1600 at 1 ohm. I believe that's a very conservative rating. I'm adding 2 kinetic 1800 agm batteries to power it. Better buy these amps now, I seriously doubt the prices will stay this low. I just bought the 85x4, I'll write a review under it when I get it installed, and play with it a little. I'm definitely a fan now.

This amp is powerful, my favorite part is there's no bullcrap power ratings it gives you just rms ratings. And it is powerful, works Amazing, and hits so hard I can barely see sometimes. For the money you can't go wrong.

The amp is phenomenal. Currently installed in my single cab center console build powering a 12" type r 2nd generation 2.2cf 33hz at 2 ohms. Probably seeing about 800 to 900 watts. This amp has the potential to blow this alpine of I let it. Sound quality is nice power sure is in big gulps. Good stuff. As soon as I'm done with the box I will put in my 13.5 w7 at .75 ohms and see how that goes but electrical will need more juice as of now I only an optima yellow under hood of my 94 f150.

Awesome I'm a old school jl rockford fan but couldn't pass this up. Look up sundown audios 1500 it is the same amp half the price. Slams and never gets hot

Does rated power. Only drawback is that it has a pretty harsh turn on/ turn off noise. Other than that it's a ton of power for dirt cheap.
