Zinc Citrate (100% Pure Certified/Maximum Strength 50mg Tablets x 100 (1 Per Day)

I have avoided zinc for years bcuz it always made me really nauseous if I didn’t take with a large meal. I got Zinc Citrate suspecting I wasn’t absorbing zinc when a hair analysis showed me severely deficient in zinc. I take this at night on an empty stomach with my nighttime supplements & haven’t experienced any discomfort at all. I’m very happy with this product & do recommend it... even though it is more expensive than other zinc products available at your local convenience store or supermarket.

I take one tablet daily as soon as I wake up in the morning. I do this because it states on the label that the recommendation is to take it on an empty stomach. So far so good and I’m loving the purity of this product because I do believe it has strengthened my immune system. I haven’t even had so much as a cold or scratchy throat since I started taking it.

We decided that this was the right Zinc for us and we have been using it for quite awhile. Thank you.

I like the packaging, the size of the tablets and the effectiveness. These tablets are easy to take because of the size and I find no difference in their efficacy. The price is right and the shipping is fast.

Have bought before, very satisfying

It doesn't suit my body at all and had an adverse reaction in terms of feeling not so good within a few days. Had to stop using it immediately and feel fine after that. It could be something in the product or just a personal reaction from the product for me.
