Goulash Paste/krem Hot

This review covers both the "hot" and "sweet" varieties of this product. If you live in the sort of place I do, outside of a major city, items like this are impossible to obtain locally. I use a combination of the varieties (along with a goodly bit of paprika) when making my Hungarian-inspired stews and this is one of those things that, when you need it, you REALLY need it. I keep the opened tubes in the refrigerator and have used it up to a year after opening with no problems. Good stuff. Try it!

I love it! Use it on so many dishes. It's rich in color and flavor.
