does this chair come with the Primos shooting stick?

It does not come with shooting stick or the bracket that is needed to attach to the chair. I purchased the bracket and already had shooting stick. The set up was very sturdy, but did not feel right. I removed it and just carry sticks.

Is it quiet when shifting body weight?

I had no noise when shifting body weight or when chair swivels.

Is this chair stable enough for a 5-ft tall kid sitting with their legs criss-crossed on the seat? In other words, will it tip?

Would the straps interfere with sitting and working on a laptop for hours on end? I need a comfortable folding chair for this.

I don’t believe so. However, if your pulling it up to a desk to sit in with the laptop on the desk, I believe it will work great... not so great if your planning on sitting with laptop on your lap.. make sense?
