Let's face it, we all should be avoiding carbs and sugar. But one of the challenges of a keto lifestyle is how to make your coffee every morning. Most of us can't live without it. At least I don't think I can and I'm not willing to find out.I tried this coffee creamer to see if I could give up on half-and-half which has been a staple for my coffee for most of my life.HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:This creamer is a little sweet. I personally like that. In fact, it has a little bit of a vanilla taste to it, which is fantastic. It is powder, so it is going to be different. It's good. Just different. But making the transition and getting away from sugar and carbs means making small changes. I've tried a few creamers and this one from Mission Nutrition is my favorite.HERE IS WHAT I DID...I transitioned slowly. I used just a little half-n-half and also this creamer. After several days, I went all just this Mission Nutrition Keto Coffee Creamer. It made the switch a little easier and now I'm all set. I like the flavor.IN THE PHOTO:I have a small coffee maker here in my office at work every day. I got the little blender thingie and quickly realized that as great as it works, it can easily make a mess unless you have a little taller mug. So I got a taller mug and fill it half-way. You can see it on the right. Over time, I'm learning how to use that little thingie better and am back to my good ole white mug.I hope this review helps you. Definitely buy this and try it. It comes with a scoop and one of these will last you forever, saving you money and the hastle of always running out of cream.I highly recommend the flavor. Enjoy!

Dont like the taste

Not bad for the price. This is one of the first kinds I have tried and the only problem is the mixing. Just a little extra elbow grease to get it done. Not the end of the world for me.

Taste great BUT doesn’t dissolve throughly; leaving a “spoiled milk” effect in your cup.

I like the flavor and it is creamy, but you can’t dissolve it all and drinking clumps of powder is no fun, so I won’t be reordering.
