Skyline Chili Hot Sauce - 6oz Bottle

I live too far away from a local restaurant. Will occasionally make Cincinnati chili at home. But the flavor was never the same as in the store. Need the magic hot sauce. Here it is. Now I can have my 5-way just like at Skyline.Haven't found anything else that comes close to this flavor. Not Redhot, Tabasco, Louisiana, Crystal...

A terrifically good hot sauce with about the same heat level as Tabasco and Cholula, so you can splash it around generously, but (to my taste buds) a superior and softer flavor without the strident vinegary-ness of Tabasco. Wouldn't dream of having coney dogs without it. I can't buy this locally so I mail order it from Amazon, and it's worth the price and then some.

I'm a hot sauce junkie and have had the honor of being one of the beta testers when Skyline changed to this hot sauce many years ago. I loved it then and I love it now. There are many different levels of hot, vinegar, pepper and salt, but this sauce is one of my best all-around favorites, as it has an amazing balance and tends to work with many dishes. I highly recommend this product to you.

Do I like Skyline Chili? Yeps. Do I like their hot sauce? Meh.This hot sauce is probably fine for their average customers, but there isn't much heat to this. For me, it was a bit plain and didn't add much spice, and it's overpriced if you're buying it online.I suggest getting using a hot sauce of your choice if you want more kick, but I do recommend trying it out for the authentic Skyline Chili experience.

Love the sauce and Skyline chili they just go together. My issue is my package arrived with one of the bottles lids broken off so upon opening the packaging and pulling out the bubble wrap a good portion of Hotsauce fell out onto my table (just adding insult to injury). I lost over half a bottle of sauce and have no replacement lid for it. Really quite annoying.

If you're eating Skyline chili (I get the cans), you have to use their hot sauce! Otherwise, it isn't the quite the same as eating at a Skyline, which do not exist where I live. Thank goodness Amazon has it!

I personally am not a big Hot Sauce fan, but love Skyline. A friend of mine went to Cincinnati, and I told him to try Skyline Chili. He did, and specifically mentioned the hot sauce. So, I bought these as a gift. Later he made the comment that this is the best hot sauce he has ever had, and he eats hot sauce on just about everything.

I can't get this hot sauce on the west coast and was happy to see Amazon carrying it. The price isn't bad if you have Prime -- cheaper and faster than having your friend in Cincinnati drive to the nearest Skyline, buy it for you and ship it to California. Has a nice spicy kick to it without being too hot. Authentic, original and full of flavor!
