Beaver Coney Island Hot Dog Mustard, 12.5 Ounce Squeeze Bottle (Pack of 6)

This mustard is delicious. Not too spicy, but enough spice to add a bit of a kick. I highly recommend this mustard. It also makes a nice addition to a dip to add a bit of spice.

This mustard is awesome! Great on turkey, ham, cheese. I will reorder when this bottle gets low.

I follow a Carnivore Diet, with the exception of condiments as long as they don't contain any seed oils. This does contain 'sunflower seed oil' but it is the third-to-last ingredient listed so the amount of seed oil in this must be minimal.I've been really into ground turkey + 'chaffles' lately (1 egg + 1/2 c cheese, cooked in a waffle maker = 2 fluffy waffle-like waffles). I eat a serving of ground turkey with one chaffle. Because I season the turkey to taste like 'Thanksgiving Turkey,' the chaffle reminds me of stuffing. And what goes great with Thanksgiving Turkey & Thanksgiving 'stuffing'? Cranberries!Except you can't eat fruit on the Carnivore diet - so I googled 'cranberry mustard' and this is what I found. I love it! It's got the tanginess of honey mustard with the sweetness of cranberries, with minimal carbs. The texture almost reminds me of a creamy mustard mixed with a fruit jam or jelly.I really like this Cranberry Mustard. Yes: cranberry mustard sounds strange, but this is FANTASTIC on turkey!

It tastes a bit like real bacon, but it is a lot sweeter than I would have preferred. It goes well on brats!

The best deli mustard I ever had

I was first introduced to Beaver Brand Deli Mustard when I was working as a consultant and visiting a client in Palm Springs, California. I decided to go to a local deli for lunch that was near my hotel and I ordered a pastrami sandwich piled high on rye bread with Swiss cheese. The mustard at this establishment was already on the table and I slathered it on my sandwich and took a big bite and have been a fan of this particular condiment ever since. It is a very versatile deli mustard and brings that stone-ground flavor to compliment whatever protein I choose, which has mostly been pastrami and ham. I stocked up when I noticed I only had one bottle left in my refrigerator and I can highly recommend this mustard to anyone who enjoys a mild stone-ground variety. Yes, there are spicy varieties that are fantastic as well but this is my go-to condiment for pastrami and ham sandwiches with Swiss cheese. You can only imagine the flavor profile that this mustard brings to a grilled pastrami or ham sandwich with sauerkraut as it is certain to win over even the most sophisticated of palates.
