Did not remove hard water deposits on slate/quartzite shower wall tiles or glass door. Followed all instructions, even did a repeat, but no good. Very disappointing, and waste of money and lots of my time.

Followed the directions exactly and repeated the process twice with no improvement. The countertop soap residue was not removed even slightly. Waste of time and money. Do not buy.

Unfortunately this item THAT DOES NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED- CANNOT BE RETURNED- SO save yourself $27 and move on- disappointed that Amazon does not stand behind some of these products they sell-

Used it more than once on the slab of granite. The granite looks the same feels the same. Don’t waste your money

Did not work at all! Vinegar works much better than this and you don’t have to wear gloves. Very disappointed! Really it deserves no stars!

For the cost, it should have been more effective.

I wanted something that would clean soap scum off marble shower, when I received the product, it seemed like it was very harsh and very toxic! It also said it was safe to use on marble on the website, but when receiving the bottle it said to use an inconspicuous area first! To me that just sounds unsafe! I return the product
