Strongest power twisters available!
If you want to get the strongest power twisters available, this is the brand to get. They are hard in the beginning which really works the wrist strength. But if you haven't trained with power twisters before select the right model to begin with. The 80kg is good if you are strong and is working out, the 100 kg model will be a very hard even for really strong persons without specific power twister training. The 110 kg is the next challenge when you have bent the 100 kg model!Great quality and good value for price!

Very easy to use. However very challenging.
The power twister and chest expander works great. When I was much younger, I Used them in my workouts. I have added them to my Bullworker and Bodyweight routine .

60 kg power twister much harder to bend than the 40 kg
I have been using the 40 kg twister and was doing 50 controlled reps after doing a weight workout and thought that I could order a 60 kg twister so that I could have a more intense lower rep finisher. I'm lucky to get a couple of reps out of it and it is hard on the elbow and shoulder joints. I am 6 foot, 200 pounds and have been weight training for 45 years, but this one is too difficult to bend to be of use to me. The product itself is fine if you have the required strength to use it properly.

Quality product
I ordered the 40KG version and have used it for a while now. Very nicely made. This will last a long time. The 40kg requires a fairly strong effort. That's relative of course. I'm a fairly fit 70 year old, into martial arts/boxing workouts. I have some joint ligament and tendon issues that I've accumulated through the years, so I wanted to add a 30 kg version to the mix. The two of them would be ideal for me. Seems they are out of the 30 kg version though so I had to go with another cheaper make. I'd recommend this make for sure. I'll add a caution: don't go too heavy on the kg's, especially if you are not working out regularly or have joint issues. Build gradually. You'll be glad you did :-)

Watch which tension bar you order.
The product is fine. Well constructed and accurately described. Just be aware of the amount of tension you want in the bar. Better to go lighter than heavy, as more reps work just as well if not better than straining. I consider myself to be in fairly good shape and ordered the 40kg bar. While I do and can use it, it does put quite a bit of strain on my upper body using it.

An effective machine that does what it's designed to do!
i didn't realize that the "weight" measure given referred to resistance. The bar is modest in size and not heavy. However, it's a good device for its purpose. I notice that when I bend the bar, my arms shake a little and waver side to side. That is what is needed to get a training effect, so I'm happy with my purchase. It's hard to find any other machine to do this exercise in this way, apart from big fixed machines, which are usually too stable to achieve this kind of training. It would also be hard to replicate this action with cables. I am happy with the purchase.

30kg is challenging, 20kg may be better for beginners.
I have purchased the 30kg one, I'm in decent shape and this weight is perfect for me, 40kg would have been too much for repetitions. For someone that does not workout, like my 6 foot 13 year old, this is too challenging to bend. The 20kg may be more appropriate for beginners.
