UniHom Back Stretcher Lumbar Stretcher Multi-Level Lumbar Stretching (Blue)

So, I've now had this for a couple of months, and there is definitely an improvement with my back pain.I suffer from a prolapsed disc, with a small degree of scoliosis.Since using this, my spine definitely appears straighter when I look in the mirror, and the pain has reduced.The stretcher itself is well made and feels solid in use. I Use it on the second setting, and with my weight of 14.5 stone, there us no noticeable flexing when under load.My one came with magnets. Do they make a difference? I very much doubt it, but who knows.Setting it up may be difficult for someone lacking in strength.The easiest way is to slide one end in. Then put that end against a wall, whilst you bend and put the other end into the slot you require.If you are using the higher settings, you may well need someone to assist.As I said, I use setting number 2, which is still quite a stretch. I would definitely recommend that you start on level 1 and them move up when and if you feel ready.Getting on is easy, you can either arch your back and slide the stretcher underneath, or alternatively, put it into position, then curl yourself down on to it.Getting off can be more tricky, if you have the back freedom, you can arch your back up even more, then slowly slide the stretcher out.Make sure you lower yourself to the floor very gently.The other alternative is to slowly roll off sideways. For me, this is always quite painful, but this may well be because of my back problem.However, this is the easiest way, and so long as you can put up with the momentary discomfort, is the way I would choose.After you have rolled off move the stretcher away, then very slowly roll yourself back flat on the floor. I then lay there for a minute, before getting up.Overall, I think I would recommend this stretcher, it is reasonably cheap and has undoubtedly helped to alleviate my pain.I hope you found this review helpful.

After pulling my bag (think I trapped a nerve 5 years ago) my back has never been the same, I've tried all different ways to strengthen my back but nothing has worked, with working in various jobs that involve lifting I constantly struggle with this problem, after purchasing this I tried it on the lowest curve and at first after about 5minutes I was like oh wow my back felt really weird but in a good way, I'm guessing because of the curve it's helped to realign my back, I mean I am no doctor but I have found this has helped so I would recommend it, I only use it once a day for 5min just to help with the tightness/stiff back

I'm 100 Kg, and the level 1 would be the one to start with, but this is bending / flattening down under me on Level 1. The holders at the adjustable end are failing / getting loose and doesn't hold the plank in the position so it collapses.Level 2 is to high for me, I might never be able to bend so much.I'm still trying to use it bit by bit on level 2 in case it'l do the job, ...will give it few days to decide if return or not.I looked at other alternatives, all of them look 99% the same so I don't trust that returning and buying a different one will help.

A simple apparatus that seems to have many other copycats. Not sure if this is a copycat of someone else. However it seems to have a lot more detail compared to others.It does force your spine to elongate the other way. Stretch out the lower back.Quite a good price.

Could be little bigger

Never thought I needed one of these until working from home , I started on the first bar to get used to it then slowly worked my way up . I use it every day for about 10 minutes makes me feel better . This back stretcher is very sturdy and strong best way for me is headphones on and resting on my back stretcher it can also attach to your work chair but this is a little fiddly depending on chair you use .

Sadly it was bought for my partner and he has had little success with it as he had a fairly strong reaction I tried it and it seems to work for me.

Arrived very quickly. Sturdy product, there’s cheaper 1’s online but not sure if quality. Only used a few times so unable to comment on effectiveness for lower back pain but gives you a great stretch
