I tried both the drowsy and non-drowsy versions. The non-drowsy version was much better, and our pup did not get sick in the car anytime I used it. The drowsy version was not as successful, so I only used it twice. If I were going to buy it again, I would only buy the non-drowsy Dramamine for this purpose.

About a month ago I stayed in a boat for 8-9 hours and I knew the last time I stayed in a boat for many hours I got sea sick. This time I decided to take for the first time Dramamine instead getting sea sick. The problem was I never took and didn’t know which Dramamine would work best for me so I got both to try just in case. I tried the regular one first 30 minutes before I got in the boat. It helped me tremendously. I was even able to use my phone which I can’t use while in a car. Then I had a 6 hours road trip and I took the less drowsy version and worked too. I didn’t get sick and I was able to use my phone while my husband was driving. But didn’t make me less drowsy. Both makes me somehow sleepy. I recommend :)

I get seasick, it's a real thing for me. I used to take dramamine a few hours before getting on a boat....and sometimes if the water was rough or the boat was rocky, I would get seasick anyway - pure misery. THEN, I tried taking one the night before boating, and a second one the next morning thinking I'll get it in my system beforehand....and it's been working great. I've probably done this for the last 2-3 years, multiple times on dive trips, fishing charter boats.... works like a charm and I get to enjoy the fun!

I have always had stomach issues- so yes I use this for motion sickness however I also use it if I just get an upset stomach that gets bad and it helps!
