The media could not be loaded.  I wanted to upgrade my old 720p system as some of my camera's had started to fail and there had been a spat of burglaries around my way. One thing I spotted on local social media pages is that there had been some CCTV footage captured of the culprits, but due to the grainy dark night vision image, it was impossible to see who it was. This got me searching for a few better options when I spotted this Annke system.The beauty of the system is that each camera beams it's own LED light at nighttime, which means the the footage it captures is excellent. nearly as good as during the day. That coupled with the 5mp camera's its a massive upgrade on my 5 year old previous system.When looking at the settings the system is more advanced than my last in the fact that it has a couple of smart alerts, not just motion detection. You can draw cross lines that trigger an alarm rather than relaying on zoned motion sensors, which get triggered by spiders 9 times out of 10. you can adjust the sensitivity of the alerts and how you receive them also.The CCTV interface is pretty easy to use. It's worth noting that there are some camera settings also by going into the camera and accessing PTZ and menu you can change the contrast and such like. This is also where you can turn off the LED light if you prefer not to have it shining. The only issue with this is the Camera's do not have IR, so you will only film pitch black at night.Remote access is easy to set up using the Annke Vision app, and is super quick to load. You do need to hard write you box to the internet for this work.Finally I will empathise the point that this system each camera has a LED spotlight shinning out at night- so if you are sticking this on your house, it will stand out at night- you will have light beams around your house! I personally think this is great- it's a huge deterrent to would be thieves whole know straight away you have a great CCTV system so will hopefully just carry on walking!Super buy and a fantastic system at not a lot of money.

I am currently in the process (9th April 2021) of installing my 8 cameras of which I have 4 completed. It's simple to install and connect, although a lot of help was gained by watching YouTube videos. All the connections are pre made off and well labelled picture quality is good. My initial concern was that the cameras came with night lights which certainly brighten the area up but I thought were too bright for my neighbours. Following some investigation from myself, Amazon Chat and Annke Technical support both of which were patient and brilliant I finally found the switch to isolate individual lights. The picture is still fine without the lights and only relies on street lighting. The night colour is impressive the App that goes with the system (once you copy the correct QR code!!) is very versatile, the system itself has untold options I still have to investigate. The main reason I bought the system was to put off so many dog thefts and in my area, houses were marked (mine included) with white marker paint. Since the 4 cameras were installed I have had peace of mind as they hopefully will put off anyone doing something they shouldn't.24th May finally finished all 8 cameras although I did have a faulty cable which was replaced very quickly. The support team were brilliant I dont think you would get better back up team any where. I have installed security lights in most locations to avoid having the night light on all the time.

The main reason I bought this was for the night full colour. My current system has the usual night black and white cameras and to be fair not great. The cameras with this kit have an LED light, that helps with the night colour and it dose a great job. The problem is with 8 cameras your house will look like a landing strip. Not so great. You can set sensor areas on the screen to help with recording and play back, but you can't use it to turn on the LEDs when movement is detected. You can turn off the LEDs but that reduces the quality of the camera. Its still worth getting the kit as the cameras have a better quality lens for night even with the LED off. Much better than the black and white cameras. (Annke maybe sort this out in a future update on the firmware, shouldn't be too hard : ). A sensor security light would help a lot. But that aside this is a great product at a great price. The interface is easy to use and the app is a great bonus and its free with no hidden charges. The kit also has everything you need so its great for someone just starting with a CCTV system. The support is also very good with a fast response. Over all I would recommend this product even though the LED thing is annoying, but you can't have everything. I will be waiting for that update. The product from Annke is really amazing and worth for money. It has excellent night vision and and user friendly android interface.

Also can’t restart no main switch , you need cut power off , more important is service not satisfied get whole thing for return, not so good.

Excellent cctv system! Very happy with it!! Annke support via email has replied to my enquiries every time and I have to say that I can travel for months and I still see my home via the annke vision app any moment!

Lots of issues. Had to fit hard drive as not ore installed.Time wouldnt set correctly. Play back issues and then Hard drive failed.Full refund given went back to a Swann system.

I must say a massive thank you to Jane at customer support for all the help she gave.I bought this system not realising the cam areas did not have IR capability but had a small LED for colour view during the hrs of darkness.After contacting customer support to enquiry how I can turn the light of for my outdoor camera I was told that these camera are not IR? OOOPS I should have read the description. However, they asked how many cameras I needed to set up outside? They then offered an exchange for the ones I needed to install outside for IR ones.Great support and a great experience with ANNKEThank you.
