Better than the rest - Buy it!
I have purchased several other pressure/slow cooker/multi purposes appliances. This is the first that is user friendly, intuitive and works great! It has become the appliance I use almost daily. I have a large kitchen with many appliances but this is my favorite (along with the Ninja Flip Up Toaster Oven/Combo). I tailgate during football season, the large size works for larger groups and is so easy to carry. I add the pressure lid when traveling, there are no spills and I am ready to heat (although the lid keeps food extremely warm for hours). One of my favorite features is the quality stainless steel cooking pot. I have never burned anything on the bottom and it is easy to clean. I have now purchased one large (8 quart) and three 6 quarts. It is the best I have found for the price. Even better than many pricier units.

Greatest surprise find ever!
Update - still loving it and using daily! So easy to keep clean and cooks e everything well! Please never stop making this and at such great value too!Reluctantly bought this when my pressure cooker needed replacing. This pressure/air fryer is an amazing value and works well for both functions so far - I'm so glad to find it!! Recipes included are unique, easy, delicious! One thing is I had to clear a shelf to neatly store extra lid but well worth it!!

I didn’t know I needed this but here we are
I held off on buying an instant pot, a rice cooker (even though I can’t cook stovetop rice worth a damn), and an air fryer for years because right now my kitchen is microscopic (think European size). I have a pressure cooker for canning but it’s absolutely massive & in no way would it make sense to drag it out of the storage shed just to make some potatoes. When I saw the price on this go to a deal I couldn’t pass up, I pulled the trigger, rationalizing I could use my current crock pot to make hot process soap & this could be my new crock pot, plus I had air fryer French fries at my sister’s and was shocked at how quickly they cooked & how deliciously crispy they were.So- the positives. This is one tool which does an incredible range of functions. You can sous vide egg bites, make perfect fries, make the best & fastest boiled (pressure cooked) potatoes ever, make yogurt, use it as an instant pot, make perfect peel steamed eggs (I’m still trying to work out the time so that it doesn’t overcook or get a green sulfur ring, but the peels literally slide off & I have chickens so these are ultra fresh eggs with extra sticky peels when just boiled).I was worried I wouldn’t use it, but I’ve found a bunch of uses already. I also can save a bunch of $ buying dried rice & beans & pressure cooking them in this vs. buying canned or my expensive habit of Seeds of Change bags of premade brown rice. Anyway, I’m a fan.Now for why I’ve knocked off a star. First of all, this thing is massive. I’ve had to keep it in my dining room adjacent to the kitchen since I got it because it’s too big to fit in the over fridge cabinet where my crock pot has lived. Because it has 2 big lids plus I bought extra egg racks for my steamed eggs & it came with some other racks, it’s just… a lot of accoutrement to wrangle. I’m going to have to figure out how to make room for this in my laundry room because it’s just too big to fit in my base cabinets which have central shelves. I definitely don’t have the counter space to keep this big honkin’ thing on my counter. So, look at the measurements carefully if you’re dealing with any space considerations.Secondly- I am not the biggest fan of the interface. After using it for weeks, I still don’t understand why the dial seems to skip all over the place & I find myself having to fuss with it a lot. It’s not very intuitive how you change from med heat to high either. It’s annoying.Thirdly- although it comes with a recipe book & there’s a sort of handy-ish chart in it with cooking times, I wish there were fewer recipes (I’m a vegetarian anyway & most if the recipes are meat based) and more instruction for cooking a variety of single items with perfect settings & times. I’ve had to do a good bit of trial & error. Plus, the internet recommendations for things like instant pot don’t work for this & the Emeril website doesn’t offer any help either. I haven’t found a good source for cooking times & settings on the internet which apply to this model. So, when I first got it I kind of didn’t know what I was doing other than making fries (and there’s no fries setting so I just guessed & use the vegetable one, idk, it works fine just shake the basket halfway through). Bottom line is you’ll be cooking pretty blind with this thing.I’m still happy I got it & I have some milk ready to expire so I’m about to try yogurt because why not lol.I imagine for people who do a lot of crock pot type meals this would be especially useful.Overall, it’s a solid recommend with the caveats I mentioned.

So easy Canning 4 pint jars (under 2000 Ft Elevation only). Make hard boiled eggs with 4-4-4 method.
With an Air fryer you can burn the ends of an egg. Not with the pressure cooker. Just hit the pressure button, then turn the dial to EGG, it will auto be set to 4 minutes, push the knob in (the enter button) to start, then let rest 4 minutes and then put in cold water for 4 more minutes. The shells come off so easy now or a week later from the fridge. Perfectly cooked inside.Who knew Canning could be so easy. You can Can French Fries in 35 min. You can do RAW Beef/Chicken/Pork in 75 min (let it cool down for 1 hour or so or you will get syphoning ). Warning, the racks that come with this unit are almost to tall to go under the jars. Sometimes it is hard to get a proper seal. So I bought a 2 pack of 8" cake racks and broke the legs off of one and it works just fine, the lid closes smoothly and seals every time now. The Best thing is it will auto stop cooking, I actually fell a sleep once, and found that the timer showed 5H and 10Min had past since it stopped pressure cooking. It is hell getting old. A stove top canner would have been a mess.

My new favorite cooking appliance
I am so happy i found this product when I was looking for a new instant post. Both my original air fryer and my instant pot had broken and this functions as both plus a slow cooker. Ive used every single feature since purchasing it and it cooks things nicely! Still trying to figure out how to maoe the fried chicken recipe because the two times i tried it, they didnt turn out right. Much too dry and not real crispy texture. There's a wing recipe though that comes with it and its delicious!

Won't last
Started out great , didn't really use air fry much but used about 10 times in 8 month period....then quit heating on any mode. Got the run around from warranty..the actual people that make it cannot be contacted. So I guess I'm stuck
