I love the vanilla which I mix with amazing grass in a shaker bottle. Chocolate is good too. I didn't like strawberry because it taste too artificial. I drink this for breakfast and lunch with a dinner of just about anything... if I eat out, I will eat a kids meal to cut down my calories. The best part about it is it lowers blood sugar readings. I dropped to the low 500 a1c when it was close to 700. If that doesn't get you on board, I don't know what will. Although I have lost 62 pounds I did get stomped and had to change it up. I still drink this but I try to get more exercise as well as drink 2 cups of green tea with citrus. I also intermittent fast. Eating between 2 and 8 and fasting the rest. The best advice you can get is on YouTube watching Doctor Eric Berg. Hope this helps someone.

Gastric Bypass Patient here, helps me get my recommended daily protein intake. Tastes pretty good, though the flavor is sort of an acquired taste. Drank two of these a day before surgery and they did help fill me up though it wasn't a sufficient meal replacement. There are only 180 calories in one of these little drinks, so it's much better to have one of these than something like a protein or granola bar. Post surgery, these are helping me maintain my protein levels. I have one every morning and they do not bother my lactose intolerance. I recommend these drinks for anyone pre or post gastric bypass.

Tastes great, and as a substitute for a couple of meals a day, a real aid for taking off a few pounds. I have one for breakfast and take one to work along with a couple of snacks like fruit and celery sticks. It actually does hold me 'till dinner. I use Slim Fast usually five days a week while working for convenience and eat moderately on the week end. That way I never get tired of it, but I can feel that I've lost some of the bloat from staying at home recently. Highly recommended as a tasty and healthy meal replacement!

Meh. They're okay. The flavor isn't bad, but I expected more banana. I also don't usually drink meal replacement drinks that often, so keep thay in mind. I have never found one that was "delicious". Premier protein is probably my favorite for the overall protein and nutrition. I got these to try out, and didn't want to buy a case of something because I know I won't stay on these, I just needed something to quick grab for the AM, and I'm not big on eating in the morning. I think I prefer the strawberry slim fast I've tried before, but again, I don't "love" any premade drinks like this, and this one tastes decent and did the job. Wasn't too gritty, is thick for stomach fullness, and didn't make me feel bad.

Very effective at cutting appetite. I can't find them anymore on amazon. What happened to them?

I love the creamy-rich taste of this SlimFast shake. I like to drink it ice cold, as this reminds me of an ice cream milkshake without guilt. Because of my sweet tooth, the guilt-free sweet taste of these shakes helps me to stay on my weight loss journey and reach my goal.

These are priced very well considering the amount of vitamins and minerals in each drink. I like all the slimfast flavors except the vanilla. I do better with the advanced formula because of the reduced lactose though. My boyfriend really likes drinking these too, when i bring them with me to his house he drinks a few every time, doesnt matter the flavor. Hes not trying to lose weight but drinks them for all the vitamins and because he really likes milky drinks. My 11 year old son has drank them too, he likes the chocolate flavor, the strawberry and the cappucino. Id say my favorite are the strawberry, banana, and coffee flavors and i dont mind the chocolate ones either. The vanilla are my least favorite but i still drank them but probably wouldnt reorder that flavor. These made no impact in my hunger or my weight but i still like them and would rebuy for the vitamins alone because there isnt a whole lot of foods or even protein shakes with as many vitamins for the price.

I want to lose weight and it is always hard to stay in the 1000 to 1200 calorie range each day to do it. I finally decided to get slim fast shakes. I like it because I have 1 for breakfast and 1 for lunch. It tastes good and is filling. So I have 2 a day and then a morning and/or afternoon snack (like a rice cake) and I have a lean cuisine frozen dinner for dinner with a glass of no fat milk and either a salad or fruit. I only drink water. I've been loosing the weight this way. I just got the shakes but I wish I had sooner. This is helping me to stay within my calories each day and is really motivating me to not over eat. I want to lose 40 pounds. So far I have lost 7 pounds since I've been drinking these. I was dieting before I bought these but was unable to loose weight and was gaining weight some weeks.

商品が予定より約二週間遅れて来ましたがアメリカでなくイギリスから来ました。大きさも884gでなく450gの物でした。

めっちゃ美味しくて普通のチョコシェイク感覚で飲んでしまいます。プロテイン独特なやな匂いもないのですが、プロテインの質は良くないと聞きました。やっぱり美味しいものでダイエットは難しいのかも。。。
