Nexera Blvd Full Size Storage Bed, White

I'm not sure why I purchased this bed after reading the reviews some of these people left. I am glad I trusted my gut instinct and ignored the negative comments. The authors have probably never twisted a screwdriver in the first place. The ONLY issue I had with the bed and its assemblage is the box. ALL the pieces for this bed are in one heavy, cumbersome box. It's a two -person job to unload and carry this box. Fed Ex only sent one driver, so if he's alone, you are going to get a box that may not be in good shape. Fortunately for us, I was at home to help unload this box.My wife and I put this bed together Christmas Eve so that our daughter (who was sleeping in our bed) could find a huge Christmas present from Santa when she woke up. I had some wood glue on hand and used that to glue the joints of the drawers. Probably not needed, but it can't hurt. I might add that you need to be sure to tighten the screws in the draw slides, that are fastened to the bed, to their maximum depth. Santa did not do a great job of this and the wheels of the drawer slides were grabbing. The issue has since been fixed.Our daughter loves this bed and my wife and I thought it went together easily. For the price, this is a great purchase. I would buy it again if I needed another bed with drawers.

Firstly, this bed arrived in a giant, heavy, box that had been ripped to hell and taped back together during shipping. Then upon opening the box, there were so many pieces to assemble, some hard to identify with the stickered labels missing and others broken completely in half (which I'm sure happened during shipping). Since the bed is made of laminated particle board, there are many opportunities to be splintered.I spent about three days trying to reach the Canadian companie's customer service line (during business hours) but every time I got a recording that told me customer service was unavailable. So, I went to their easy to use website, typed in a request for replacement parts, and a week later the parts were delivered to my doorstep. After that, I could FINALLY start the assembly.Assembly was easy, required some power tools and a hammer and took my entire evening to finish. Instructions were easy to follow as well. There were video instructionals that you could look up on YouTube if needed. After assembly, bed was good to go!I bought a super comfy 8" memory foam gel mattress to go on top. I'm glad I read previous reviews that said to build the bed where you planned on leaving it because it is nearly impossible to move that heavy thing and feels like a piece may snap if you push/pull too hard.Drawers are great, the they glide in and out easily. I use them for clothes.I did have one major issue with the platform part that came in three piecesizes that had to be drilled into the frame. While trying to spring myself out of bed from a sitting position, I snapped one of those with my butt. I'm 6' tall and 145lbs. I feel that those boards should have supported me. Instead of ordering another replacement part, my husband went to the hardware store and replaced it with some sturdier plywood.Even after all that, it's a decent bed for a good value. This same bed is sold on Target's website for almost double the cost.

Firstly, the bed came with two broken pieces - one of the supports for the mattress and the side-piece. The support was broken completely in half, and the side piece was cracked (so I just glued it).The instructions are complicated, and unspecific. There were doubles in my instructions!! So that added to the confusion. Steps 1-4 were repeated...Thirdly, the bed didn't even come in the right bloody size! After I spent about three hours pissing about with it, I throw my mattress on it, and see that they sent me the wrong freakin' size.The drawers don't function, these little bottom pieces prevent them from even fitting into the bed.A lot of the screws don't fit either.Not to mention, I can't even move the bloody thing without the corners falling apart.I probably should have gone to IKEA, and I reckon you should too. Save yourself the pain and effort. At least you know that IKEA isn't going to sell you a bunch of broken crap that doesn't even fit together.

You do get a little more than what you pay for here. It is one of the cheapest options I found online for a bed frame with drawers, but still very happy with the purchase. Assembly is quicker and easier than it may seem, pay close attention to the instructions and you should be fine. I put two mattress on top and have not had any problems even with my slightly uneven hardwood floors. Very sturdy as well, I was able to lift the frame on it's side before putting the drawers without having anything come loose.

It works really well. It's not terribly hard to put together but, it did take me a long time. There are only picture no real step by step instructions. My only issue with this purchase was one of my drawer bottoms coming broken. The reason that is an issue is because neither their website nor the price it self has a part number for that and they have yet to get back to me about it.

Absolutely LOVE this platform bed with drawers! Love the finish, just love everything !!! Love that you can interchange a few pieces like dressers and headboards ect. with other Nexera products and it still looks like its meant to be part of! The only drawback I have or had was / is the directions. They are something to be desired! I understand the "whole" picture that ALL their products virtually have the same set up they are NOT all the same! Outside of that - WE LOVE this platform bed !!!

I do not recommend this item for teen aged children. The support slats are very thin and broke when my 13 year old knelt on the bottom right corner of the bed to get in. Then, the entire slat above the drawers broke of a little while later.All directions were followed. I will replaced the thin particle board slats with plywood and then have to order the piece above the drawer. Not how I hoped this would turn out.Owned for about 2 months before it broke.

I dont do Amazon reviews but I was so happy that I needed to let others know. This bed frame was a very awesome purchase not only was it affordable but really simple and easy to assemble. The drawers are a bonus for keeping clothes in. The instructions was like matching colors and well made to follow. All the parts are labeled.The packaging was well put! Heavily protected with foams and hard edges and sides from any damage.The warranty covers any damages and replacements. I did have a small part issue, right away I called the company took the gentlemen on the phone 5mins at most to have a part replaced. The customer service is top notch! Extremely kind and helpful! If you are looking for a well made bed frame with a lovely finish, then this is it!In conclusion, I have no complaints, really happy with this investment.

The drawers aren't exactly the most sturdy of drawers.

Very dissappointing. The boards in the bed broke after 2 months of use (I literally just sat on it and they snapped) and the bed constantly makes the most annoying creaking noises every time I move on it. The drawers are very small and almost always come off the railing. This bed is way overpriced for the quality you're getting. DO NOT purchase this frame

Instructions to assemble are easy to follow. Quality and style is good. Will recommend it.

Great bed, my 10 year old loves it!
