This stuff works
I have a 14 yr old child who takes this every evening. It has a calming effect in addition to help with sleep. He has ADHD and says it calms his mind.

I can sleep all night
This product was recommended by my physician. After taking Sleep3+ about 30-45 minutes later I'm ready for bed. It is my key to getting good sleep.

Great product. Terrible packaging, difficult and wasteful!
Love the product,,hate the wasteful packaging. I’ve always purchased this in a glass bottle except for this last order! Such a disappointment, the tabs are hard to open and there is a lot of waste. I took the time to open all of them and put them in a bottle. I wish the manufacturer would return the bottle option.

Works better than anticipated
I’ve been taking melatonin pretty frequently for years and I feel like it’s just never really working these days. I tried this, and I feel like I stay in a deep sleep longer, wake up a little groggy, but it soon goes away, and I feel more awake and alert than with normal melatonin. I think it’s worth paying a little more for the results.

this works well for me I've used it for a number of years . Helps me to stay asleep longer than just plain melatonin that is not time released.
