I've been using this oil for some time now but was only taking it internally to help with my blood sugar levels and it has helped me keep them low and I can definitely notice a difference in my overall well being.After doing some research online for natural remedies to help me with my meniscus problem in my knee I found that it can help with inflammation issues if I apply it topically as well. I've been applying this product daily to the area and it has helped me immensely with my meniscus pain.I also apply it to my forehead when I get headaches, which solves the problem almost immediately and have been using it on my face to help me with dryness, which I feel has really helped and given me a glow.I would definitely recommend this brand for black seed oil as you can tell it's good quality as it has a strong taste.

Came a day late because of the rail strike, it was well packaged and I had a quarter of a spoonful this afternoon. I've never had it before but I could tell it was alright because it tasted fresh and it burned my throat slightly, the taste was good but it did give me a slight headache which lasted about have hour. I've only had one dose so I haven't noticed any benefits as yet, when I do I'll write another review..This is continuation of my first review because I only had one small tea spoon but since then I've finished the bottle and what a difference it's made.. I had pains in both sides of my neck and both shoulder blades and when i dug the garden or sprayed weedkiller I couldn't move properly the next day.. after only two weeks taking the oil I was pain free and now I do tasks like gardening without pain, I m so pleased.The taste is great ( my opinion) I spotted Dr Mandell on YouTube talking about black seed oil, so I had a listen, he doesn't promote any brands but I looked in the discription below and his favourite brand was this one..I'm now on my second bottle and will by again - its five stars from me..

I have read and researched a lot about black seed oil.I have ordered this item previously because of its benefits and sense of well being.I have recommended it to friends and family.

I brought it for meniscus tears to my knees and painful spinal stenosis. It's only been 4 days and I haven't noticed a change as yet but it has donevwonders for my skin so that's a bonus! I can tolerate the taste.
