WORX WA3883 20V Dual Port Fast Battery Charger

Our Erbauer ERB607CHR broke and we couldn’t find a new one to buy due to it being discontinued. After doing a bit of research I found that the Worx manufacturer is the same as Erbauer, allowing both brands to be used interchangeably. It’s important to check the voltage of the batteries being used to ensure you have the correct product, but ultimately it’s the same charger with a different brand name. Gave it a go and so far it’s works great. Saved us a lot of money as now we don’t need to replace all our power tools 👍🏼

I purchased a WORX Portable Pressure Washer, which came with a 4ah Battery and single charger. As I have also purchased a second 4ah battery I decided to purchased this twin battery charger to ensure that my WORX batteries will be fully charged and ready when I need them.The Instruction Manual gives you all the details and information you need for use, safety, etc. and as long as you do read it. It also indicates how long each battery (depending upon power rating) will take to charge (this is also on the front of the box).The materials of construction feel extremely well made and robust so allowing for the actual performance of the charger lasting then the body of the unit will also last.Once you plug in the power cord and insert a battery, the green indicator light flashes to indicate charging. If red light /red flashing then a battery is either defective or temperature is not within ideal charging temp. Solid green light indicates fully charged - although the unit still provides a trickle maintenance charge if battery left inserted into the unit.There are wall-mounting lugs on the back of the unit so if you wish to fix it to the wall then that is an option. But you must use you own screws as none supplied. If you do fix to a wall then the batteries sit nicely on the top when inserted in for charging allowing for a quick-release when removing when needed.A 4ah battery will take 60 minutes to fully charge, but if you are charging two 4ah batteries on this charger then the power charge supplied to each battery is halved and so take 120 minutes.I have used this twice so far and it is a great charger for the WORX range of batteries.The main unit size is W 23 x D 18 x H 8cm. The back of the unit where the power cord enters extends the depth by just under 4cm (22cm in total).Overall I am pleased with this charging unit. Hopefully it lasts a long time.

Good replacement for my drill battery. Works great

I had been looking for this item for a while, it is not available in Belgium. It is practical and easy to use maybe an extra light would have been useful as with the competition. But i'm satisfied.

1. When I ordered this, it was not clear that it would work with my 5AMP WORX battery. But it does, it just takes longer to charge.2. When I put my battery on charge - the light on the charger went to RED, meaning faulty or useless battery.This is because this is a smart' charger and is looking for at least 3v. If your battery is less than 3v left, it will not charge.I had a fully discharged battery. Rather than throw it away, I connected a Dewalt 20v battery I had fully charged to the dead WORX battery. + to +, - to - (Terminals are marked on batteries), using small pieces of wire. Only do this for 5 sec at a time. After 3 x 5 seconds, I put the WORX Battery back in the charger and the light blinked green, meaning charging. 2 hours later it was fully charged.

The magic smoke escaped from my Erabaurer charger and want going to pay fifty quid for a replacement. This is a slowish charger, about 5 hours from flat to full, but that's it's spec. Recommended.

The strimmer. The charger is very easy to use .plus I received it 3days after my order . This was brilliant

Zum Testen habe ich diesen Adapter mit einem Worx 20V/4Ah-Akku verbunden und mein Smartphone damit geladen: Super! - Sämtliche Akkus, die ich habe, sind also nun auch eine Powerbank für Geräte mit USB-Anschluss.

Alles Top und ich benötige das regelmäßig. Besser wäre es wenn noch ein USB C Anschluss verbaut gewesen wäre. So muss halt wieder ein Adapter herhalten. Aber ansonsten sehr nützlich.

Es macht was soll, es lädt mein Handy unterwegs oder auf einer Baustelle.Einziger Nachteil ist die Lade-Geschwindigkeit.
