Broken Glasses on delivery!
The packaging on these was shocking. Not enough padding and the delivery box was not marked "Fragile" which is why they were broken on arrival!

Packaging need to improve
The glasses are absolutely beautiful.The original order arrived with 1 broken glass. Before I could return them the replacement order arrived with 3 broken glasses. Amazon is still threatening to charge me for the 2 sets of glasses despite having come with 4 broken glasses out of the 12. I feel its very unfair.
